Welcome to Rehydration Nation. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [rehydrationnation.co.uk] and the purchase of products from our store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use our website or place an order you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

2. Our Products

  • Our products are food supplements intended for adults and are not suitable for children under 12 years old.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging may vary from that shown.

  • We take all reasonable care to ensure that product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

  • By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms.

  • An order is accepted when we send you an email confirming dispatch. At that point, a binding contract is formed between you and us.

  • If we are unable to accept your order (e.g. out of stock, payment not authorised), we will notify you and refund any payment.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).

  • Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal).

5. Delivery

  • We deliver within the United Kingdom. EU and international delivery will be introduced in future.

  • Delivery options, timescales, and charges are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page.

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. courier disruptions).

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Because our products are consumables, we cannot accept returns of opened tubes.

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@rehydrationnation.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund where appropriate.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you must email us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel and refund you in full. Once shipped, you may need to return it in accordance with our policy.

  • These provisions do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is owned or licensed by The Snacking Company Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our permission.

8. Use of the Website
