Why is your sodium lower than some other brands?
We use sodium as an electrolyte, not a filler. We keep it moderate (150 mg/tablet) and pair it with higher potassium (300 mg) and calcium (120 mg) - combined with magnesium (57 mg) so those minerals do more of the lifting for balanced, everyday hydration and clean taste.*

*Potassium and calcium contribute to normal muscle function; magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance.

How do I take it?
Drop 1 tablet into 250–500 ml of cold water. Wait to dissolve (about 60 seconds), sip, and enjoy.

How many per day?
Recommended use: one tablet per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

When should I use it?
Busy mornings, long meetings, flights, hot days, or after sweat. Whenever water alone is not cutting it.

Can I use sparkling or warm water?
Still, cold water tastes best. Sparkling can foam over. Warm water reduces the fizz.

Will it fit my routine on the go?
Yes—tubes are travel-friendly and cabin-safe. Keep closed, cool, and dry.

Any sugar or caffeine?
No added sugar and no caffeine. Lightly sweetened with sucralose; sorbitol is the base.
